Conference Fees
- Normal registration before May 30th, 2025: 100 USD (2,600,000 VND for Vietnamese)
- Normal registration from May 30th to June 15th, 2023: 150 USD (3,900,000 VND for Vietnamese)
- Participants without paper presentation: 75 USD (1,950,000 VND for Vietnamese)
- Accompanying Author: 50 USD (1,300,000 VND for Vietnamese)
The fees include admission to all scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches, gala dinner.
Note:
- Onsite Registration on July 25-27, 2025: 150 USD (3,900,000 VND for Vietnamese)
- An additional fee of 100 USD (2,600,000 VND for Vietnamese) per paper is only required when the paper is accepted to publish in the IOP proceedings indexed Scopus.
To facilitate the payment confirmation, authors are required to add details on paper ID (PID) and Contact phone - number/Email of the corresponding author as instructed below:
